Stree Movie Review: This Rajkumar Rao Starrer Terrifies Less and Leaves You In Splits More

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ½

A village called Chanderi is hunted by the wicked soul of a woman who is named Stree. This stree calls men by their name and abducts them, leaving their clothes behind. Now, men in the village are terrified to leave their houses at night and even if they do, they should go in groups or clad like women. Vicky (Rajkumar), the skilled and very famous tailor in the village, does not believe in this humbug. He falls in love with a mystery girl (Shraddha) but her weird behavior puts her under the dark clouds of doubt. Could it be stree? All is the crux of the film.

Stree hits the punch of horror and humor with a bang. An exceptional plot, well-penned and engrossing screenplay, enthralling eerie moments, and one-liners that leave you in splits. Superb performances by Rajkumar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, and Pankaj Tripathi.
