Kesari Trailer: This Awe-Inspiring Patriotic Tale Is Adorned with Incredible Visuals and Promising Plot

While Akshay Kumar starrer Kesari is all set to release on 21 March, the expectations are enormous now and this is what confirmed by Kesari trailer released today. Based on an incredible true story, the film is high in terms of its visuals as well as on its scale. Moreover, the plot of the film looks quite intriguing and promising.

Opposite to Akshay Kumar, there is Parineeti Chopra who is playing his wife in Kesari. Apart from these, Bhagyashri is playing Sohni and Edward Sonnenblick is going to portray Lt Lawrence. Kesari star cast is apt and ignite a lot of expectations.  

Directed by Anurag Singh, well-known for Raqeeb (2007), Kesari is his first high scale film and production houses like Dharma Productions, Cape of Good Hopes, Zee Studios and Azure Entertainment are associated with this period-action film.


As far as the story of Kesari is concerned, it is set in the era of 1897 when the Britishers conquered the whole India and now eyed on Afghanistan. However, getting the fort of Saraghari is the key for them as this is the most important post for communication between the north region to the west. Ishar Khan (Akshay) who is in the British Army, finds it hard to obey some ridicules orders by this commanders; therefore, sent to Saraghari as a punishment, but there 21 crooked Sikhs prisoners awaits  him. However, Ishar disarm them with love and form a squad, which further battles against the 10000 Afghani invaders.


However, the music of the film is not released yet, but by listening to the background score of the film, we can claim that the music is also going to be amazing. Composed a number of music directors, Jatinder Shah and Tanishk Bagchi are the prominent names. Looks like Akshay and the team are all set to evoke the patriotic feelings once again and rake in big numbers at the box office in return. Keep fingers crossed!
