Baazaar Box Office Collections Day 1: This Saif Starrer Starts Poor But Picks Up Pace In the Late Shows

The latest release of the week Baazaar, although took a slow start at the box office on Friday, however, the film picked up the pace in the latter shows and earned a decent sum at the end of the day. As per trades, Baazaar day 1 collections on Friday were ₹ 3.07 crores, which is considered decent considering Friday a working day as well as the star value of the film, which rests only on Saif’s shoulders.

It will be very interesting to see what will be the weekend collections of Baazaar, especially on Sunday when films earn more than usual days. As per our estimate, it may do the ₹ 10 crores business in three days which will be considered satisfactory.

Having the backdrop of the stock market, this Saif Ali Khan starrer thriller revolves around the greed to be richer every passing day and the towering ambitions of a small-town lad who wants to touch stars straight away without taking the rigorous route of struggle.

What Does The Success of Baazaar Mean To Its Cast?

Baazaar can be a turning point for Saif his last films like Chef, Kalakandi, etc. could not do well at the box office. However, he was applauded as Sartaaz in Sacred Games, a noted Netflix original. Baazaar can also prove to be a huge breakthrough for Rohan Mehra, the debutant and the son of the famous actor Vinod Mehra. Radhika Apte is going well as she has been able to impress her fans as well as the critics through her choice of projects like Phobia, Sacred Games, and Ghoul as well as she has picked some very pricky characters in the films like Andhadhun and Baazaar. Radhika Apte in Andhadhun has been terrific and got widely appreciated for her role in the crime thriller. As far as Chitrangda Singh is considered, her last venture Saheb, Biwi, and Gangster fell on its face at the box office and she is also looking for a hit. Hope, Baazaar will prove to be a great breakthrough for all associated with the film.
